  • Jamaican Jerk recipe

You asked for it, so here it is. Enjoy!

    2 tablespoons ground coriander

    2 tablespoons ground ginger

    2 tablespoons light brown sugar

    1 tablespoon onion powder

    1 tablespoon garlic powder

    1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon habanero powder (or cayenne pepper)
2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper

    2 teaspoons dried thyme

    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1 teaspoon ground allspice

    1 teaspoon ground cloves

We substituted cayenne pepper instead of habanero pepper because ground habanero pepper is pretty
    expensive.
Rub this on one side of a steak, and put salt and pepper other
side. We used flat iron steaks but Dan says it can go on any cut (I have no idea what all the different cuts of steak mean, but Dan knows what he's talking about I guess).

And there you have it - YUM!!!
